This policy explains how CharacterSpark (the iPhone app) and our website (dunhamade.com) handle information.

App data practices (CharacterSpark)

  • No personal data collected. CharacterSpark generates prompts entirely on-device. We do not collect names, emails, images, or any user content.

  • No tracking or analytics. The app does not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs.

  • Local storage only. Saved prompts and preferences stay on your device unless you delete the app or remove them yourself.

  • Purchases. Payments are handled by Apple’s in-app purchase system (StoreKit). We do not receive your full payment details. Apple may process limited data to complete the transaction per Apple’s policies.

Website data practices (dunhamade.com)

  • Contact & support. If you email us, we’ll use your message solely to respond and support you.

  • Orders on our site. If you buy products on dunhamade.com, we collect the info needed to fulfill the order (e.g., shipping details) via our e-commerce provider(s). Those providers process your data under their own privacy terms.

  • Cookies/analytics. Our website may use standard cookies or privacy-respecting analytics to understand site performance. You can block cookies in your browser if you prefer.

Children’s privacy

CharacterSpark is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us via the website, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed with service providers (e.g., payment processors, hosting) to operate the website and fulfill orders, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Data retention

  • App: User data is stored locally on your device; we don’t retain it.

  • Website: We retain order/support records only as long as necessary for legal, tax, and operational purposes.
